Yes, delivery is available. All delivery orders will begin processing and shipping from 2 October 2026, in conjunction with the official launch of Overdott at Fragrance Festival Malaysia (FFM) 3.0.
Alternatively, you may choose FFM Booth Pickup at checkout and collect your order directly from our booth during the event.
As a little something extra, customers who choose FFM Booth Pickup will receive complimentary bottle engraving during the event.
Simply select FFM Booth Pickup at checkout. You can collect your fragrance directly from our master booth during event hours (10am-10pm) from 2nd–4th October 2026. Please present your order confirmation email and Order ID upon collection.

For standard online delivery orders, we process your parcel within 1–2 business days. Shipping across Malaysia typically takes 2–4 business days, while deliveries to East Malaysia take 5–7 business days.

Yes, absolutely. As soon as your fragrance parcel is dispatched from our fulfillment center, an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link will be sent directly to your inbox.
Yes! Outside of Malaysia, we currently ship to Singapore, Brunei, and Indonesia. Please note that international shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will vary depending on your specific location and weight restrictions.
Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, all fragrance purchases final sale.
For online orders shipped to your home, we accept returns if you receive an incorrect items.
Kindly provide your proof of purchase together with a clear, unedited unboxing video showing the condition of the parcel and product upon opening.
Your experience is our top priority. If your bottle or premium packaging arrives damaged during transit, please record a video or take a photo and contact our team here within 48 hours of delivery.
All claims will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to request additional information where necessary.
